Performance in der Ballon Installation AUFSTEIGEN
On Monday the 20th of may
(Pfingstmontag) we present a performance in the Balloon Installation with the
Violonist Biliana Voutchkova and the dancer Louise Wagner!
Biliana and Louise's work together investigates the possibilities of the interplay between sound, movement and other forms of art. The atmosphere that the installation creates is the base from which their instant composition develops.
In Katrin Wegemann’s exhibition at Galerie im Turm sixteen silver balloons filled with helium continuously rise and decline. Conducted by fine white threads the balloons are
floating up and down in irregular intervals accompanied by rhythmic engine sounds.

Im Rahmen dieser Ausstellung findet am (Pfingst)Montag, den 20. Mai um 20 Uhr eine OpenSound&Movement-Performance in der Installation mit der Violinistin Biliana Voutchkova und der Tänzerin Louise Wagner statt.
Biliana's und Louise's Arbeit untersucht die Möglichkeiten des Zusammenspiels von Klang, Bewegung und anderen Kunstformen. Die Atmosphäre dieser Installation ist Ausgangspunkt für ihre spontane Aufführung.
Katrin Wegemanns Arbeiten sind Inszenierungen. In ihrer Ausstellung in der Galerie im Turm steigen sechzehn mit Helium gefüllte silberne Ballons im Raum auf und ab.
Die Choreographie der silbernen Kugeln lässt ein Bild im Raum entstehen, das sich im ständigen Wandel befindet und uns den unaufhaltsamen Fluss der Zeit vor Augen führt.
